Features:

• Back pull-Out design with capability to remove rotor assembly without to dismantle the pipe lines at the suction or discharge of pump casing.
• The bearing lubricated by oil has steady quality in running, long mean time between failures, suitable for a continuous operation in long time.
• The in-line designed for inlet and outlet, compliance with ISO 2858, pipeline can be easily fixed to reduce the forces and the moments added to pump nozzles and casing.
• Low NPSHr design: bigger inlet eye area of impeller to improve low NPSHa inlet conditions and no trouble from clogging also.
• Rotation direction is clock's wise from motor side.
  

Construction:

• CASING
  Vertical split with back pull-out design, the nozzles are in-line at center, to reduce pipe loading applying on nozzles and pump casing, easy pipe layout also.
• IMPELLER
  Open and semi open type impeller could be chosen, with mixed flow features perfectly balance the statically head rise and the dynamically capacity to get high efficiency and good performance, low-NPSHr design with back vane to reduce the stuffing box pressure and prevent particle to enter it.
• SIDE PLATE
  Side plate has the same contour with impeller to reduce the internal leakage between the impeller and casing to control the tip gap of impeller, employed to prevent casing from wearing and easy to maintenance.
• SHAFT AND SHAFT SLEEVE
  Shaft sleeve shall be turned and ground to exact dimension with right fitting, high stiffness shaft carry all imposed load and prevent distortion. The sleeve will be worn by stuff material of stuff box to prevent shaft damage, fixed by key and the impeller nut.
• BEARING BRACKET
  Heavy-duty designed in brief structure with a foot, bronze tube could be added to control the temperature of bearing, oil window or oil level could be used to monitor, oil cup is optional.
